Watch this short video from our trip to Falun last weekend when we recorded live videos to the songs “Black Gemini” and “My World Of Sin”. This is not the finished result and the audio is from the album, not the actual recording we did in the video studio!

Hey!

We had a blast last weekend when we took a trip to Falun to do a live video recording at the media college. The place was really cool, they had all the tech you need to do a great job and there were about 20 people involved in the process. We went up there on saturday and did a sound check in the studio before we went to the hotel to visit the pool and the sauna!
And when we were done with that we tried to get some good food, but it seems hard to get that after 10 pm in Falun. So we just had to eat kebab and pizza.
Then we visited the pub where we saw some local rockstars and very drunk young guys and girls! Really drunk, Christer Pettersson drunk!

Sunday we recorded the video, after we had lots of trouble getting our car started. Fucking winter!
We did “My World Of Sin” and “Black Gemini” and it sounded and looked great. Great light on stage, and great sound aswell!
It will be really funny to see and hear the result once it’s finnished.

…since our last blog. Since then we have been up to writing some new material, getting new management and other stuff. So, what’s up with Sparzanza in the near future?

Well, first of all we are working on getting “Banisher Of The Light” and “In Voodoo Veritas” properly released in Europe and hopefully we will be going on tour in Germany, at least, this year!

And, next weekend we are going to Falun to do a live video recording of three songs. We will use this material for bonus material on upcoming releases.

We have also been writing some new material. We are planning to start recording a new album in september 2010.

Hey, just a quick blog to let you know what we have been up to. All of our gigs in Finland has been great so far. 7 down and only 2 more to go. Best has been Tampere and Helsinki, but tonights gig in Oulu is gonna be great to, it is more than 2´hours until gig and the place is getting packed already. That is nice!

Right now we are in the dressing room and our photographer, Juha, is doing some really funny shit with some pictures. We will make sure that we post some online. He is a very good photographer.

Hey kids!

Just because I am blonde, good looking with a Finnish touch, doesnt mean I am from Finland.
This morning, when the cleaning lady knocked on the door she first was speaking in swedish, but when she saw my face she immidiatelly started to speak finnish. Why? oh why?

So, to clear things out for you. My last name is Eronen, like the famous construction company (?) in Finland. But I have lived in Sweden all my6 life and was the first time ever in Finland with Sparzanza this year.

I sincerelly would liked to have been here earlier, because I love Finland and the people here. It is after all, my herritage.

I have been very angry and frustrated the last few weeks! I hope I will be able to tell you why someday, but not today!!!

I am glad that I am not the only one, cause at least I know that I have a good reason why!

At the same time, I am glad to feel this way because the songs we write get a really good vibe when I am in this state of mind!

Had a blast at rehearsal today! Did a new schedual for the Finland tour!
Will be awesome to go back on the road!

Today we announced our upcoming Finnish tourdates in october. It will be really fun to go back again, this time mostly to places bigger than last time. Im really looking forward to play Tavastia in Helsinki, I head alot of good stuff about that place. Also Teatria and Rock in Hood will be nice to play again!
So, today I spend some time updating our tour dates on MySpace, Facebook and so on. It took a while!

Then I was supposed to go and see Adrian Erlandsson from Arch Enemy having a drum clinic in town, but I had to have an emergency meeting so I missed it!

I also got some mails regarding what equipment we use in the band. Instead of lining it all up here and giving the companies free advertising (without giving us free stuff) I suggest you visit our website and check out each members profile.
